AI Product Engineer

📋 Description

• • As an AI Product Engineer at Onhires Inc., you will turn raw ideas into real, working products by combining product thinking, engineering, and AI-native development to rapidly prototype, validate, and scale solutions across e-commerce, e-learning, and fintech/trading domains.
• • You will translate ambiguity into execution by turning rough ideas into clear product concepts and working prototypes, build fast using AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex, design AI-native products where AI is core to the experience, develop agent workflows involving prompts, tools, retrieval, and memory, bridge prototype to production by knowing when to validate versus scale, collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams, build across the stack including frontend, backend, integrations, and internal tools, ensure reliability through lightweight evals and monitoring, and document learnings to create repeatable patterns for AI-assisted development.
• • You will join a product and engineering team focused on innovation and rapid experimentation, operating in a remote-first environment across Europe, where you’ll have the freedom to explore new ideas and the responsibility to ship high-impact solutions that move quickly from concept to production.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-native development, strengthen your product judgment and engineering discipline, learn to balance speed with reliability, gain experience across multiple high-growth domains, and contribute to shaping reusable patterns and best practices for AI-assisted product development that scale across the organization.
