📋 Description

• • As an AI Product Engineer at Guidewire Software, you will join the Product organization to embed AI and GenAI across the cloud platform, transforming how property and casualty insurers operate and innovate in highly regulated environments.
• • You will design agentic workflows, build rapid prototypes of AI features, own evaluation loops for accuracy and reliability, implement RAG and graph architectures, and bridge frontier AI with the realities of regulated insurance by collaborating across Product, PDO, Professional Services, and Go-To-Market teams.
• • Guidewire is a trusted platform for over 540+ insurers in 40 countries, combining digital, core, analytics, and AI to deliver cloud services, with a strong R&D team, 1600+ successful implementations, and a marketplace of hundreds of applications that accelerate innovation.
• • You will develop product intuition for non-deterministic systems, learn to architect context for LLMs, build trustworthy AI interfaces, and gain experience turning ambiguous ideas into user-validated prototypes quickly—sharpening your ability to ship impactful AI solutions in a startup-like culture with enterprise-scale resources.
