📋 Description
- • Own the end-to-end orchestration of Pipedrive’s AI-native transformation as the single point of accountability for every AI adoption initiative across the company. You will build and maintain a living roadmap that aligns product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success and support around common milestones, KPIs and success criteria.
- • Design and execute a repeatable change-management playbook that turns early adopters into AI champions. This includes running interactive workshops, creating bite-size enablement guides, curating prompt libraries and building self-service toolkits that scale from Lisbon to New York without losing quality or context.
- • Partner daily with our Learning & Development and Internal Communications teams to craft narratives, newsletters, intranet hubs and Slack campaigns that demystify generative AI and celebrate quick wins. You will translate technical breakthroughs into human stories that inspire 850+ colleagues in 50+ nationalities to experiment safely and confidently.
- • Act as the primary liaison between Pipedrive and strategic AI vendors such as OpenAI, Anthropic and emerging start-ups. You will negotiate pilot scopes, monitor usage budgets, track security and compliance reviews, and feed real-world feedback back to vendors so that our roadmap influences theirs.
- • Build and own a transparent metrics dashboard that surfaces adoption velocity, user sentiment, ROI per use-case and risk indicators to the COO, CPO and board. You will turn raw telemetry into executive-ready insights that justify further investment and spotlight teams that are leading the charge.
- • Codify internal best practices and governance for generative AI usage—covering data privacy, prompt hygiene, model evaluation, bias testing and ethical review—so that every team can innovate fast without breaking customer trust or regulatory rules.
- • Embed AI into the fabric of everyday work by running quarterly “AI sprints” where cross-functional squads prototype revenue-generating or cost-saving use-cases. You will source ideas, secure executive sponsorship, allocate sandbox credits and celebrate successes company-wide.
- • Champion a culture of psychological safety where failure is treated as data. You will run retros, harvest lessons learned and continuously refine our AI adoption engine so that each rollout is smoother, faster and more impactful than the last.
- • Travel occasionally to our other European hubs (Tallinn, Prague, Berlin) to run on-site enablement sessions and keep the global program tightly synchronized.
- • Ultimately, you will be the catalyst who helps Pipedrive grow from a unicorn CRM into an AI-first growth platform that empowers 100,000+ small and medium-sized businesses worldwide.
