📋 Description
- • Own the end-to-end program management of Pipedrive’s AI adoption roadmap, orchestrating timelines, budgets, risk registers and OKRs across product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success and finance teams to ensure every initiative lands on time and delivers measurable impact.
- • Design and deliver a repeatable change-management framework—think interactive workshops, bite-size e-learning modules, role-based playbooks, success stories and feedback loops—that turns 850+ colleagues in ten offices from curious onlookers into confident, daily power users of generative AI.
- • Serve as the single point of contact for all external AI partners (OpenAI, emerging LLM vendors, boutique consultancies), negotiating scopes, SLAs and data-sharing agreements while safeguarding Pipedrive’s security and privacy standards.
- • Build and maintain a living “AI best-practice library” that documents prompt patterns, governance guardrails, ethical guidelines and ROI case studies, making it effortless for any team to replicate wins and avoid pitfalls.
- • Partner with Learning & Development and Internal Communications to craft multi-channel campaigns—Slack takeovers, town-hall demos, newsletter spotlights, gamified challenges—that keep AI momentum high and FOMO low.
- • Establish a transparent metrics dashboard that tracks adoption rate, active usage, productivity gains, CSAT uplift and cost avoidance; present insights monthly to the COO and quarterly to the Board, translating numbers into clear next steps.
- • Run pilot sprints with select departments, gather qualitative feedback, iterate on tooling and then scale the proven solutions company-wide—expect to juggle 5–7 concurrent pilots at any given moment.
- • Anticipate resistance, diagnose root causes and neutralize blockers through empathetic listening, tailored enablement and quick-win proofs of concept that convert skeptics into champions.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation by hosting “AI hack-days,” brown-bag lunches and cross-functional tiger teams, ensuring every great idea—no matter how wild—gets a fair test.
- • Continuously scan the horizon for emerging AI capabilities, competitive moves and regulatory shifts, briefing leadership on strategic implications and recommended pivots.
- • Collaborate with Legal, Security and Compliance to embed responsible-AI principles into every workflow, keeping Pipedrive on the right side of GDPR, EU AI Act and customer trust.
- • Celebrate successes loudly: publish win stories, spotlight super-users and create internal awards that make AI adoption feel like a movement, not a mandate.
