📋 Description

• Own and produce a bi-weekly AI Insights Newsletter targeting researchers, enterprise leaders, and developer communities from creation to distribution.
• Curate, synthesize, and contextualize the most relevant AI research developments, Centific product updates, and industry data trends for newsletter content.
• Design and execute subscriber-growth experiments, track open and click-through rates, and iterate on newsletter format and content mix based on engagement data.
• Partner with engineering and research teams to surface internal breakthroughs for external publication through the newsletter.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to concept, write, and launch benchmark landing pages that present Centific’s data quality and model performance results.
• Translate raw evaluation metrics and leaderboard data into narrative-driven web copy that is credible to ML practitioners and accessible to executive buyers.
• Maintain a living research hub by updating methodology pages, adding new benchmark runs, and ensuring SEO discoverability.
• Work with UX partners to define information architecture and content hierarchy for complex, multi-persona research microsites.
• Produce 2–4 high-quality technical blog posts per month on topics including AI data pipelines, annotation best practices, GenAI evaluation, healthcare AI, and responsible AI.
• Ghostwrite executive bylines and practitioner deep-dives, adapting content across formats such as long-form articles, listicles, how-to tutorials, and opinion pieces.
• Build and manage an editorial calendar aligned with company launches, conference seasons, and community moments.
• Drive SEO strategy through keyword research, on-page optimization, and internal linking to grow organic traffic.
• Develop a comprehensive content taxonomy for Centific’s research output including white papers, arXiv summaries, dataset release notes, model cards, and case studies.
• Create structured templates and style guides to ensure consistent framing of research content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with the research team to produce press-ready abstracts, explainer posts, and social assets for dataset and benchmark releases.
• Conduct competitive analysis of how peer companies communicate AI research to identify differentiated positioning opportunities for Centific.
• Orchestrate multi-channel distribution of content across email, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, developer forums (Hugging Face, GitHub, Reddit r/MachineLearning), and conference channels.
• Define and track KPIs including newsletter subscribers, blog organic sessions, microsite bounce rate, social impressions, and share of voice; report bi-weekly to leadership.
• Run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and content formats; document findings in a running insights library.
• Gain direct ownership of high-visibility content reaching tens of thousands of AI practitioners and enterprise leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX research, and growth teams on live product launches.
• Build a portfolio of published work including newsletters, benchmark sites, blog posts, and white papers with measurable impact metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA, MS HCI, MS Computer Science, or related graduate candidate at a top program
• Demonstrable writing portfolio: technical blog posts, newsletters, research summaries, or equivalent artifacts
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts—enough to read a model card or benchmark result and explain it accurately to a broad audience
• Experience with digital content tools: CMS platforms, email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Substack, or equivalent), and basic SEO analytics (Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs)
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously without sacrificing quality
