  • • As an AI Sales Specialist (Agentic & Applied) for the ANZ region at NICE Ltd., you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption and expansion of our cutting-edge AI solutions. This is a pivotal strategic sales role, designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our valued customers and strategic partners, meticulously aligning NICE Cognigy's advanced AI platform with their most impactful digital transformation initiatives. Your primary objective will be to generate new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and achieve Annual Contract Value (ACV) booking targets within the Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • • This role demands a unique blend of collaborative prowess and a relentless hunter's instinct. While you will work closely with a diverse ecosystem of channel partners, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), internal subject matter experts, and fellow sales colleagues, you must also possess the autonomy and drive to independently advance opportunities. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles, build consensus across multiple stakeholder levels, and ultimately close large, intricate enterprise deals will be critical to your success.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of the sales cycle. This includes developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining a robust, qualified pipeline of potential clients. You will be instrumental in creating market awareness for NICE Cognigy, positioning our AI solutions as the leading choice for businesses seeking to redefine their customer experiences and achieve measurable ROI.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves managing and closing significant enterprise deals. This requires a deep understanding of customer needs, the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in business terms, and the skill to craft compelling value propositions that highlight the return on investment (ROI) our AI platform delivers. You will be expected to coordinate comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring that NICE Cognigy's capabilities are clearly and effectively communicated.
  • • Beyond direct sales activities, you will act as an ambassador for NICE Cognigy, representing the company at key industry trade fairs, conferences, and other relevant events. This will involve engaging with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, further solidifying our brand presence and thought leadership in the ANZ market.
  • • You will be responsible for driving sales through both direct engagement with enterprise clients and by leveraging our extensive partner ecosystem. This dual approach ensures maximum market penetration and customer reach. Your ability to foster strong relationships with partners, enabling them to effectively represent and sell NICE Cognigy solutions, will be a significant factor in achieving regional sales objectives.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in selling complex SaaS or technology solutions, with a strong preference for experience in areas such as Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), or Artificial Intelligence (AI). A genuine passion for winning and a proactive, results-oriented mindset are essential.
  • • You must be adept at creating and communicating complex deal structures and demonstrating clear, quantifiable ROIs to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior executives. Confidence in navigating sales cycles with all management levels, particularly at the SVP and C-suite, is paramount. Your organizational and prioritization skills will be crucial in managing multiple opportunities and competing demands effectively.
  • • Professional communication, both written and verbal, is a must, coupled with a customer-centric and personable demeanor. You should be comfortable balancing the independence required to drive a sales cycle with the ability to strategically leverage internal resources, such as pre-sales engineers, product specialists, and marketing teams, to support your efforts.
