  • • Own and evolve Fantasy’s new Generative AI Search practice (AEO/GEO) from zero-to-one and one-to-scale, converting it into a high-margin, high-authority revenue engine for the company.
  • • Serve as the executive face of the offering—crafting the vision, pitching Fortune-100 C-suites, and securing multi-year retainers while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves to deliver weekly wins.
  • • Lead end-to-end engagements: run discovery workshops, benchmark current answer-engine visibility, design intent-driven roadmaps, and oversee iterative execution sprints that ship measurable improvements every seven days.
  • • Define and socialize KPI frameworks—visibility coverage, citation accuracy, sentiment trajectory, content freshness, time-to-insight, and ROI—then guide Product, Data, and Engineering teams to build executive-grade dashboards and narrative reports.
  • • Architect and document Fantasy’s “Center of Excellence” for AI Search: codify intent-graph frameworks, IA-for-AI playbooks, prompt-safe content patterns, and training modules that enable internal squads and client teams to operate autonomously.
  • • Diagnose live answer-engine performance across Google SGE, Bing Chat, Perplexity, and emerging agents; pinpoint entity authority gaps, mis-citations, and hallucination risks; translate findings into prioritized content-engineering and technical-remediation backlogs.
  • • Orchestrate cross-functional pods—Content strategists, Knowledge-graph engineers, LLM prompt designers, and partner agencies—setting sprint cadences, role charters, and QBR rhythms that keep momentum and executive confidence high.
  • • Evaluate and integrate best-in-class tooling (Profound, AirOps, Graphite, and analogues); establish platform-agnostic selection criteria, cost models, and governance standards that scale across multiple enterprise accounts.
  • • Champion Fantasy’s thought leadership in the AEO/GEO space: speak at industry events, publish POVs, and shape what “best-in-class” looks like for generative search optimization.
  • • Mentor junior strategists and client-side marketers through cohort trainings, lunch-and-learns, and reusable templates that shorten onboarding time and increase client self-sufficiency.
  • • Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams to implement schema enhancements, knowledge-graph updates, and technical remediation pathways that improve crawl, render, and citation accuracy for LLMs.
  • • Balance short-term revenue targets (monthly retainers, upsells) with long-term program maturity—building subscription models, case-study libraries, and repeatable SOWs that compound Fantasy’s authority and profitability.
  • • Stay ahead of the curve—track algorithmic shifts in large-language-model retrieval, experiment with agentic search behaviors, and rapidly prototype new service lines (e.g., brand-safe prompt engineering, conversational commerce optimization).
  • • Uphold Fantasy’s culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion; ensure every framework, training asset, and client deliverable reflects inclusive language and universal design principles.
