📋 Description

• As the AI Search & Web Lead at Watershed Technology, you will own the end-to-end web infrastructure and drive long-term visibility in an evolving digital landscape, directly impacting organic and AI-sourced pipeline growth for a mission-driven sustainability platform used by global enterprises.
• You will manage the CMS, collaborate with developers and agencies, lead CRO initiatives, and oversee AI/LLM search optimization efforts, ensuring the website reflects brand and product direction while improving conversion and lead quality.
• You will partner closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Design teams to set priorities, shape website content, and run rigorous testing programs across web and organic/GEO channels to maximize inbound lead volume and quality.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-driven growth strategies, LLM visibility measurement, and technical web optimization, gaining leadership experience in scaling organic growth within a high-impact, mission-oriented startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven playbook for scaling organic growth and improving LLM visibility and citations
• Hands-on A/B testing experience with ability to build and run testing programs immediately
• Strong ability to manage external vendors and developers without writing all code personally
• Deep fluency in AI tools and models as both a growth channel and team productivity lever
