• • **Lead Product Strategy and Execution:** Take full ownership of the AI Scribe product roadmap, driving quality improvements and market expansion with a high degree of autonomy. You will define the product vision, prioritize features, and guide the product development lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond.
• • **Enhance AI Model Quality:** Work in close collaboration with a talented team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers. You will be deeply involved in building and refining the quality of our Clinical Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) models, focusing on evaluation, iteration loops, and navigating production trade-offs related to accuracy, latency, and data privacy.
• • **Spearhead Market Launch and Growth:** Lead the strategic launch of the AI Scribe solution into the German market. This involves coordinating seamlessly across engineering, design, data science, and local market teams to ensure a successful go-to-market execution, adapting the product to local needs and regulatory requirements.
• • **Develop Robust Evaluation and Monitoring Systems:** Design and implement structured evaluation frameworks and continuous monitoring systems for ML quality in a production environment. You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Word Error Rate (WER), accuracy by specific clinical segments, and overall user satisfaction to ensure ongoing product excellence.
