• • As an AI Software & Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building comprehensive full-stack software systems, robust data platforms, and innovative AI-powered Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for our diverse clientele. This role is perfectly suited for a seasoned professional who has cultivated a strong background in software engineering, advanced full-stack capabilities, and specialized expertise in data engineering and analytics, now adept at applying cutting-edge AI tools and techniques to address complex enterprise challenges.
• • You will be empowered to work across the entire technology stack, taking ownership of solutions from their initial conception through to production deployment. This includes developing sophisticated frontend interfaces using React and Next.js, building resilient backend services and APIs with Python and cloud-native patterns, architecting and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ELT workflows, and seamlessly integrating AI/ML capabilities into both software and data systems. Your responsibilities will span the design and implementation of secure, scalable application logic, the development of robust data models within modern data platforms, and the integration of AI functionalities such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), document intelligence, classification, and anomaly detection.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, and AI specialists to ensure the cohesive delivery of end-to-end solutions. You will be instrumental in building and deploying AI prototypes and MVPs, managing the entire lifecycle from data ingestion to the final user-facing experience. This includes supporting feature engineering, optimizing inference pipelines, and developing AI-enabled automation strategies. A critical focus will be placed on ensuring that all AI solutions are observable, explainable, and meet the stringent requirements of enterprise and regulated environments.
• • In the realm of Full-Stack Software Engineering, you will be responsible for designing and building dynamic full-stack applications. This encompasses crafting intuitive frontend interfaces using modern frameworks like React and Next.js, developing robust backend services and APIs leveraging Python and established cloud-native architectural patterns, and implementing secure, scalable application logic that seamlessly integrates with complex data platforms and existing enterprise systems. Furthermore, you will be tasked with establishing and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines, implementing comprehensive testing strategies, and upholding production-readiness standards to ensure the reliability and maintainability of our software solutions.
• • For Data Engineering, your duties will include the design, construction, and ongoing maintenance of highly scalable data pipelines and efficient ELT workflows. You will be responsible for modeling and managing data effectively within cutting-edge data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and various lakehouse architectures. Ensuring the integrity, performance, and lineage of data across both structured and semi-structured datasets will be paramount. Your work will directly enable critical analytics, reporting functions, and downstream AI use cases by establishing well-designed and robust data foundations.

You will leverage state-of-the-art AI platforms and services, including AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Snowflake Cortex, and OpenAI, to build innovative solutions. Your role will extend to supporting feature engineering, optimizing inference pipelines, and developing AI-enabled automation processes, always ensuring that AI solutions are observable, explainable, and suitable for enterprise and regulated contexts.
