• • The AI Solution Consultant serves as the primary 'Face of AI' for CareSource business units, acting as a strategic bridge between clinical/operational domains and the technical AI Platform team to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption aligned with improving member experience and health outcomes.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading the intake and triage of AI initiatives using the 'Traffic Light' framework, conducting Art of the Possible workshops with business leaders, developing business cases for AI use cases, advising citizen developers on low-code tools, and serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and AI Platform Engineering to translate needs into technical requirements.
