📋 Description

• Serve as the senior technical voice in sales engagements, partnering with Account Executives to guide clients from vague AI ambitions to credible, costed solution proposals
• Lead structured discovery calls with technical and business stakeholders to identify AI use-case opportunities, pain points, and value hypotheses
• Facilitate working sessions to evaluate client data systems, operational workflows, and existing infrastructure to inform solution design
• Challenge and refine client assumptions to prevent scope misalignment and ensure technically feasible outcomes
• Translate discovery insights into coherent AI solution concepts using A.Team’s composable AI platform, including agentic systems, RAG pipelines, data platforms, and LLM integrations
• Design high-level architecture diagrams that define integration patterns with client CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Identify and mitigate technical risks within proposed solutions, including data quality, latency, scalability, and model drift concerns
• Author the technical sections of client proposals, including solution overviews, architecture diagrams, delivery approaches, and key assumptions
• Develop phased delivery roadmaps with realistic milestones, resource requirements (FTE/day estimates), and cost models aligned with commercial packaging
• Prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations of A.Team’s AI platform and prior delivery examples, adapting content to client industry, use case, and technical maturity
• Build lightweight proof-of-concept assets to accelerate client confidence and validate technical feasibility
• Articulate A.Team’s differentiated AI proposition using language relevant to each client’s context, including enterprise deployment patterns and tooling
• Maintain current knowledge of the AI landscape—LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, fine-tuning trade-offs, prompt engineering best practices, and emerging tools
• Contribute to internal IP development by creating reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and standardized proposal templates
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to mixed audiences including CMOs, ops directors, engineering leads, and executive stakeholders
• Bridge communication gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle
• Operate autonomously in ambiguous environments without over-engineering early-stage proposals, while maintaining rigor in scoping and assumption documentation
• Ensure technical scope is commercially viable by understanding how architecture decisions impact timeline, cost, and risk
• Produce professional-grade technical documentation and architecture diagrams that meet enterprise standards
• Retain advisory responsibility into early delivery phases, ensuring technical proposals are successfully implemented as designed

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI/ML systems in enterprise contexts
• Working knowledge of LLM application patterns: RAG, agentic orchestration, fine-tuning trade-offs, and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), data pipelines, and APIs
• Ability to produce professional architecture diagrams and technical documentation
• Natural consultative skills in client-facing settings, with ability to lead discovery sessions and manage ambiguity
• Strong commercial acumen: ability to produce effort estimates, cost models, and align technical scope with commercial packaging
