- • As an AI Solutions Account Executive at A.Team, you will be at the vanguard of a rapidly evolving field, driving the adoption of cutting-edge AI systems within the CPG and Retail sectors. This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on complex, high-impact enterprise deals, transforming how Fortune 500 companies leverage artificial intelligence for marketing and consumer engagement. You will be instrumental in A.Team's transition from a talent platform to a leading AI Systems Integrator, focusing on delivering repeatable, transformative AI solutions that reshape business operations and drive significant value.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and lead enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery through to successful closure. You will be tasked with securing deals ranging from $250K to $2M, consistently maintaining a robust pipeline to meet ambitious growth objectives. This involves generating a minimum of 25 qualified meetings per quarter, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for A.Team's innovative AI solutions.
- • A significant part of your role will involve navigating intricate stakeholder landscapes within large enterprises. You will engage with C-suite executives, including Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs), Chief Data Officers (CDOs), and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), as well as broader Fortune 500 teams. Your ability to clearly articulate the technical value proposition of AI systems, Machine Learning (ML) pipelines, and workflow integrations will be crucial for building trust and demonstrating A.Team's capabilities.
- • You will be adept at structuring multi-phase engagements, guiding clients from initial pilot programs to full-scale implementations. Success will be measured by your ability to meet conversion targets across various stages of the sales funnel, including achieving specific percentages for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to Closed-Won deals and overall Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to Closed-Won deals.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with our Solutions Partners, who are technical architects, to translate complex client problems into actionable, technically sound solutions. Together, you will craft compelling proposals that not only address client needs but also highlight A.Team's unique approach and technological prowess.
- • Developing winning proposals will be a core function. You will lead the creation of both commercial and technical proposals, ensuring they are persuasive, detailed, and stand out in a competitive market. This includes designing deal structures that balance client risk, facilitate proof-of-concept opportunities, and foster long-term growth, all supported by robust Return on Investment (ROI) analyses.
- • A critical aspect of your success will be your ability to confidently navigate the often-complex procurement and legal processes inherent in enterprise sales, ensuring smooth and efficient deal progression.
- • Beyond direct sales, you will dedicate approximately 30% of your time to market intelligence and positioning. This involves becoming a deep expert in the CPG and Retail verticals, thoroughly understanding the unique challenges and opportunities faced by marketing-led enterprise organizations. You will translate these insights into compelling sales narratives that resonate with potential clients.
- • Building competitive intelligence will be essential. You will develop comprehensive objection-handling battlecards and actively represent A.Team at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings. Your presence will help establish A.Team as a thought leader and a trusted partner in the AI solutions space.
- • You will also play a key role in evangelizing A.Team's proprietary Assemble platform, demonstrating how our AI infrastructure accelerates the delivery of enterprise value and provides a competitive edge.
- • Driving thought leadership through the creation of case studies, participation in webinars, and contributing to content development will further solidify A.Team's market position and attract new business opportunities.
- • This role offers a unique blend of technical sales, strategic consulting, and enterprise relationship management, providing a challenging yet rewarding career path for those passionate about AI and enterprise transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4-8 years of demonstrated success in enterprise technical sales, specifically selling complex technical solutions with an Average Contract Value (ACV) of $500K or higher to Fortune 500 enterprises.
- • Technical fluency to credibly discuss AI/ML concepts (e.g., LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, fine-tuning, ML pipelines) at a business level, and a fundamental understanding of data architecture (e.g., data warehouses, CDPs, APIs, integrations, data governance).
- • Proven ability to orchestrate complex, 6-12 month enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, build C-suite relationships, and drive deals through intricate procurement processes.
- • Deep knowledge of solution selling, value-based selling, or consultative selling methodologies, coupled with a consistent record of exceeding sales quotas in complex deal environments.
