📋 Description
- • As an AI Solutions Architect at Neurons Lab, you will serve as the technical lead on client engagements with financial services institutions (banks, insurers, and other FSI organizations), designing and delivering production-ready AI architectures that drive measurable business transformation. This role is critical in bridging complex business needs with cutting-edge AI technology, ensuring solutions are not only innovative but also compliant, scalable, and aligned with enterprise-grade standards in highly regulated environments.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading technical discovery and solution design phases for client projects (typically 6–12 weeks in duration), defining end-to-end AI-powered experiences, selecting appropriate models and deployment patterns, and architecting multi-agent systems with clear communication protocols. You will translate business objectives into technical specifications, establish AI development and safety standards, implement monitoring and intervention systems for bias mitigation and failure modes, and actively participate in the implementation of critical software components while guiding AI Engineers on task creation, performance tracking, and feedback delivery.
- • You will support business development by communicating project progress clearly to stakeholders, preparing upsell and expansion strategies for existing clients, and assisting in proposal preparation for new engagements. Additionally, you will contribute to engineering team growth by identifying high performers, participating in performance reviews, and supporting performance improvement plans, helping to build a high-capability delivery culture within Neurons Lab’s talent network.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI system architecture for regulated industries, gain hands-on experience leading technical teams in consulting environments, and refine your ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, compliant AI solutions. You will also build credibility as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders in banking and insurance, expand your multi-cloud proficiency, and contribute to the development of AI safety and governance frameworks that set industry benchmarks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in hands-on AI/ML solutions development and deployment
- • Demonstrated experience working with financial services clients or within FSI organizations (banks, insurers, etc.)
- • Experience working in cloud hyperscaler environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with certification in at least one platform preferred
- • Background in technology consulting or service-based business models
- • Advanced written and oral communication skills in English, with ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
