📋 Description

• We're looking for experienced professionals who enjoy solving business problems, working closely with stakeholders and turning complex challenges into practical AI solutions.
• You may come from a background in AI solutions architecture, digital transformation, enterprise technology, knowledge management, business process improvement or a similar field.
• This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll spend time understanding how organisations work, designing AI solutions around their business processes, implementing those solutions through PIPE44 and partnering with clients to ensure they deliver long-term value.
• You'll lead discovery sessions and solution design activities with business stakeholders, design practical AI operating models aligned to each organisation's objectives and ways of working, and configure AI agents, knowledge structures and governance within PIPE44.
• You'll guide organisations through onboarding, implementation and long-term AI adoption, build trusted relationships with business and operational stakeholders, and measure AI adoption, solution quality and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, enterprise technology, AI transformation, digital transformation, knowledge management, business process improvement or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders, department leaders or executive teams.
• Strong practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and modern enterprise AI workflows.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-enabled business solutions in production environments.
• Understanding of AI governance, knowledge management and responsible AI practices.
