📋 Description
- • The AI Solutions Delivery Architect is a senior technical practitioner responsible for designing, evaluating, and enabling AI-powered solutions that accelerate organizational transformation, bridging the gap between AI ambitions and practical implementation through process redesign and measurable impact.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing end-to-end AI solution architectures, evaluating AI platforms and vendors, partnering with process owners to optimize workflows before AI application, developing reusable solution patterns, conducting AI opportunity assessments, prioritizing initiatives using value-feasibility frameworks, leading technical delivery of AI solutions from pilot to scale, defining success metrics, and creating training and enablement resources to drive adoption.
- • The role sits within Pluralsight, a mission-driven company dedicated to accelerating technology skills for the global tech workforce through curated learning platforms in AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and machine learning, serving thousands of companies, government organizations, and individuals worldwide.
- • In this role, the person will deepen expertise in enterprise AI deployment, strengthen cross-functional leadership in matrixed organizations, master the translation of technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and drive measurable business impact through responsible AI adoption and change management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience as a business solutions architect
- • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI or automation solutions in an enterprise setting
- • Experience working within a management consulting firm or internal transformation/strategy function
- • Strong understanding of AI concepts, generative AI, RPA, and intelligent automation platforms
- • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPR) and their relationship to automation readiness
- • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
