- • As Scribe's first-ever AI Solutions Engineer, you will play a foundational role in shaping how the company wins and delivers on its most strategic product, Scribe Optimize, by bridging the gap between sales and technical delivery for enterprise customers.
- • You will partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to earn the trust of F1000 executives, serving as a technical expert in discovery calls and designing transformative solutions using Scribe’s Workflow AI capabilities.
- • Your day-to-day will involve owning the technical layer of enterprise deals, running tailored Optimize demos, leading POC planning sessions, and designing proof of concepts that tie AI capabilities to measurable customer outcomes such as time saved and cost avoided.
- • You will execute Scribe Optimize POCs to ensure prospects see immediate value, build and communicate ROI narratives grounded in real workflow data, and act as the primary voice of the customer to Product by documenting what’s working, what’s not, and what’s needed next.
- • You will develop repeatable playbooks for pre-sales technical motions, POC execution, and post-sale onboarding, turning first-principles learnings into scalable assets for the broader team.
- • You will address technical and security questions during enterprise deal cycles by collaborating with Engineering to resolve configuration issues and accelerate procurement, while maintaining deep technical knowledge across Scribe’s Workflow AI capabilities.
- • You will work closely with AI/ML Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical context, advocate for customer-specific needs, and ensure alignment between business outcomes and technical feasibility.
- • You will explain Scribe’s Workflow AI technical framework — including how workflow data is captured, processed, and surfaced as insights — to both technical and non-technical audiences, leveraging your understanding of enterprise workflows and tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP.
- • You will build trust with executive stakeholders and end users by anchoring technical conversations to outcomes that matter to each audience, and thrive in the ambiguity of defining a first-of-its-kind role at a high-growth SaaS company.
- • You will be data-driven and ROI-obsessed, skilled at building business cases, validating assumptions, and helping customers see quantifiable impact from AI-powered workflow optimization.
- • You will collaborate closely with AEs and CSMs in a low-ego, team-oriented environment, viewing your success as inseparable from theirs, and energized by the opportunity to build something new from scratch.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or similar pre/post-sales technical role at a high-growth SaaS company
- • Strong AI fluency, including understanding of LLM architecture, prompt design, model behavior, and AI output quality
- • Ability to understand and articulate Scribe’s Workflow AI technical framework, including workflow data capture, processing, and insight generation
- • Experience working with enterprise workflows and tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP
- • Proven ability to build trust with executive stakeholders and end users by anchoring technical conversations to business outcomes
- • Data-driven mindset with skills in building business cases, validating assumptions, and quantifying ROI
- • Collaborative, low-ego approach with comfort partnering closely with AEs and CSMs in a team environment
