📋 Description
- • As an AI Solutions Engineer at Valsoft Corporation, you will drive the adoption of artificial intelligence across the organization by identifying manual processes and transforming them through intelligent automation and integration.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to design and deploy AI-enhanced workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or Power Automate, implement AI features in Dynamics 365, develop custom prompts for LLMs, and evaluate emerging AI tools for business impact.
- • You will join a forward-thinking technology company focused on leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency, working remotely with a global team to build scalable, intelligent solutions.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with enterprise AI integration, deepen your expertise in automation platforms and CRM systems, and develop end-to-end ownership of AI-powered tools from concept to maintenance.
🎯 Requirements
- • ~2 years of experience in technical roles such as Integration Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Systems Automation
- • Proven experience building multi-step automated workflows (e.g., Zaps) with logic and data transformation
- • Strong functional understanding of Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise CRM and its data objects
- • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON
- • Basic proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python or JavaScript) for custom code in automation tools
- • Experience with Prompt Engineering and working with LLM APIs
- • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms beyond automation (e.g., Power Apps)
- • Familiarity with data privacy best practices for AI and cloud-based automation
