  • • Quantiphi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Solutions Lead to spearhead our engagement with key, F500 named accounts within the Insurance industry in the US. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to operate within an entrepreneurial environment, enjoying direct access to senior management and bearing direct responsibility for both the top-line and bottom-line performance of these critical accounts.
  • • As an AI Solutions Lead, you will be instrumental in expanding Quantiphi's footprint by cultivating and deepening relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across business, technology, and procurement functions. Your primary objective will be to serve as a trusted strategic advisor, deeply understanding the intricacies of the insurance sector, including client business models, pressing challenges, and overarching strategic goals.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves leveraging your profound insurance industry knowledge to architect and position cutting-edge AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and Data Analytics solutions. You will be responsible for aligning these advanced technological offerings to deliver tangible, measurable business value and drive significant business performance improvements for our clients.
  • • The AI Solutions Lead will own the development and execution of comprehensive strategic account plans, defining and implementing a robust growth strategy within the assigned accounts. This includes proactively identifying and developing net-new opportunities, expanding existing engagements, and managing the overall account expansion roadmap to ensure sustained revenue growth and deeper client integration.
  • • You will lead the entire sales lifecycle, from initial discovery and needs assessment through to the development of Statements of Work (SOWs). This involves a consultative, value-based selling approach, translating complex client business challenges into actionable, solution-based proposals that address specific pain points and unlock new potential.
  • • A key responsibility is to proactively introduce innovative ideas and cutting-edge solutions, ensuring Quantiphi remains at the forefront of our clients' digital transformation journeys. This requires staying abreast of the latest industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and technological advancements in AI and data science.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. You will work closely with Quantiphi's technology leaders and solution experts, engaging global delivery teams to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of committed results. Aligning internal stakeholders to the client's strategic vision and objectives will be crucial for success.
  • • The ultimate focus of this role is on achieving measurable business outcomes for clients, driving exceptional customer satisfaction, and ensuring delivery excellence. By fostering long-term partnerships, you will contribute to the sustained growth and success of both our clients and Quantiphi.
  • • This position demands an entrepreneurial mindset, where you will effectively run assigned accounts as your own business. This includes aligning revenue growth targets with delivery strategies, talent planning, and coordinating efforts across multiple geographical regions to ensure a cohesive and effective client engagement.
  • • You will be expected to manage the full contract lifecycle, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SOWs, pricing models, and commercial negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and successful project initiation.
  • • The role requires a strong ability to translate complex business challenges into quantifiable business outcomes, demonstrating the clear ROI and value proposition of Quantiphi's AI and data-driven solutions.
  • • Working within or alongside a top-tier consulting or professional services firm background is highly valued, particularly experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within the insurance sector.
  • • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential for effectively collaborating with diverse teams, including global Enablement and Delivery functions, and for articulating complex solutions to executive audiences.
