- • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- • Define, own, and champion the AI product vision, overarching strategy, and detailed roadmap, ensuring it directly supports and advances the company's strategic goals and capitalizes on key market opportunities.
- • Diligently translate intricate customer needs and comprehensive market intelligence into clear, actionable, and value-driven use cases focused on intelligent workflow automation.
- • Provide strong leadership to an AI-focused engineering team, guiding them in prioritizing high-impact AI features and functionalities, while meticulously balancing the demands of innovation, technical feasibility, and stringent regulatory compliance (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- • AI Product Development:
- • Cultivate a close and collaborative working relationship with Machine Learning engineers and data scientists to architect and develop intuitive, robust, and highly predictable AI-driven user experiences.
- • Clearly articulate and define acceptance criteria, key performance indicators (KPIs), and critical data performance metrics for AI model outputs and user adoption, ensuring measurable success.
- • Partner effectively with the compliance team to embed and uphold responsible AI governance, rigorous validation processes, and comprehensive regulatory compliance across all AI-related features and functionalities.
- • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:
- • Actively collaborate with marketing, sales, and enablement teams to develop compelling product positioning, strategic pricing models, and impactful launch plans that resonate with target audiences.
- • Orchestrate and lead beta programs, customer pilot initiatives, and full-scale product launches, systematically gathering and synthesizing user feedback to drive rapid and iterative product improvements.
- • Conduct thorough competitive intelligence analysis and develop persuasive value messaging specifically tailored to resonate with diverse life sciences stakeholders, including clinical, regulatory, data science, and operations professionals.
- • Consistently and effectively communicate product direction, strategic insights, and performance results to executive leadership and a broad spectrum of external stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
- • Drive the commercial success of AI products by understanding market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes, ensuring our solutions deliver exceptional value and differentiation.
- • Champion the product internally, evangelizing its capabilities and benefits across different departments to ensure a unified understanding and approach.
- • Continuously monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing usage data, customer feedback, and market reception to inform future iterations and strategic adjustments.
- • Identify and pursue new opportunities for AI integration and application within existing and future product lines, expanding the company's AI footprint and market leadership.
