đź“‹ Description
- • The AI Strategy Lead at Suppliedtalent serves as the chief architect of AI use-cases and solution logic, responsible for translating business objectives into intelligent assistant designs that solve specific problems in RevOps and GTM functions. This role is critical in ensuring AI initiatives are strategically grounded, technically feasible, and deliver measurable business value.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients and stakeholders to discover high-impact AI opportunities through workshops and interviews, particularly in sales, marketing, and customer success processes; designing detailed AI agent logic including triggers, data usage, decision rules, and user interactions via flow diagrams or pseudocode; collaborating with technical teams to assess feasibility of proposed solutions against current AI capabilities and client tech environments; developing business cases and ROI estimates to quantify expected benefits such as time savings or revenue improvements; supporting go-to-market efforts by crafting compelling use-case narratives for sales and marketing materials; participating in design reviews and delivery collaboration to ensure alignment between vision and execution; helping define test scenarios and success criteria during pilot phases; gathering user feedback to refine prompts and logic; and owning client relationship management for solution scoping and value discussions without handling commercial negotiations.
- • The AI Strategy Lead works within a specialized AI practice focused on delivering intelligent assistants and agents for enterprise clients, collaborating closely with the Practice Lead on vision, the Program Manager on delivery execution, and AI Builders on technical implementation. The team emphasizes bridging business needs with technical execution through structured use-case scoping, solution design, and value validation.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in AI solution strategy, particularly in applying LLMs to real-world business problems; gain experience in end-to-end AI use-case lifecycle management from discovery to deployment; strengthen consulting and stakeholder management skills in enterprise environments; build a portfolio of reusable AI agent patterns and frameworks; and contribute to thought leadership that shapes the company’s AI offerings and market positioning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in a consulting or solution architecture role such as Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, or AI Strategist, with a proven track record of designing technology solutions to business problems
- • Solid domain knowledge in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Go-to-Market (GTM) processes, including sales, marketing, and customer success, and their associated metrics
- • Up-to-date, practical knowledge of AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities, including understanding their strengths, limitations, integration, and effective prompting
- • Demonstrated ability as a strong analytical thinker and communicator, skilled at breaking down complex business processes into logical components and articulating concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- • A history of creative problem-solving, with the ability to identify and frame unconventional but effective AI-based solutions for business challenges
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to shape the strategic direction of AI offerings in a growing practice focused on real-world business impact
- • Collaboration with cross-functional technical and business teams to bring AI use-cases from concept to deployed solution
- • Exposure to diverse client industries and RevOps challenges, enabling broad application of AI strategy skills
- • Involvement in thought leadership activities such as content creation, demoing concepts, and supporting sales enablement
- • Professional growth in a specialized AI strategy role that bridges business insight and technical execution
