- • This role centers on managing a portfolio of clients and partnering with sales leaders in leading tech and consulting firms to accelerate business growth through innovative technology solutions, focusing on customer onboarding, retention, expansion, and strategic account planning to maximize value and sustain high net retention.
- • Day to day, the person will lead value-driven pre-sales engagements, own seamless post-sales delivery with Applied AI and Agent Builders, conduct onboarding and enablement, drive CSAT and adoption for renewals, develop multi-year strategic account plans, orchestrate co-sell and co-marketing with Salesforce ISV and AppExchange teams, guide workflow choices, build champion networks, conduct quarterly business reviews, and serve as the primary point of contact for account management while monitoring key metrics like net retention, account consumption, and relationship health.
- • Databook is an AI guided selling platform and decision-support system for enterprise GTM teams, serving customers that drive over $500B in annual revenue including Salesforce, Microsoft, Databricks, Konica Minolta, and Schneider Electric, with a three-layer architecture combining verified customer-back intelligence, structured agentic reasoning, and guided coaching with closed-loop analytics.
- • The person can learn to shape the future of AI GTM product innovation by collaborating with customers and product/engineering teams to identify new agentic patterns, develop deep expertise in revenue operations technology stacks and AI/ML applications, and build trusted relationships with C-suite and boardroom executives while driving strategic growth in high-impact enterprise accounts.
