📋 Description
- • As an eCOA Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for eCOA vendors, sponsors, and internal study teams, ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout clinical trial lifecycles.
- • You will manage vendor deliverables and timelines related to study assessments, negotiate scope of work with vendors and sponsors, and proactively identify study trends to address requirements.
- • You will conduct risk assessments due to vendor delays, material availability, equipment, or translation issues, and oversee system change control, closeout, and database lock activities.
- • You will join a global Clinical Systems Department that ensures systems are developed to study specifications, fully integrated, and maintained throughout studies, working closely with IRT, RTSM, EDC, RBQM, eTMF, and CTMS.
- • You will have opportunities for professional growth through mentorship, training, and internal promotions, working alongside Project Managers, System Designers, and Validation specialists in a collaborative, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science (preferred)
- • Minimum two years of experience working in eCOA and clinical trials
- • Minimum two years of experience in project management
- • Demonstrated ability to lead, understand policies and procedures, and apply financial and leadership principles
- • Strong knowledge of SOPs and ICH/GCP/regulatory guidelines
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present information
