• • The Commercial Lines Account Manager at Brown & Brown Insurance services and retains an assigned book of business while partnering with Producers on new and renewal accounts, playing a critical role in client retention and satisfaction.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, resolving service and coverage issues, managing the agency management system, processing daily mail and tasks, handling telephone inquiries, preparing invoices, and supporting marketing and renewal processes.
