- • The Senior Manager, Global Security & Investigations leads complex security incidents, investigations, and security operations across Topgolf’s global footprint, serving as the primary escalation point for high-risk and sensitive incidents while protecting Playmakers, guests, assets, and the brand.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading investigations into workplace violence, theft, fraud, misconduct, and safety incidents; managing third-party security providers; developing risk prevention strategies; overseeing venue security operations; coordinating with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC); and planning security for travel, events, and executive protection.
- • The role operates within Topgolf International, Inc., a global sports and entertainment company committed to the 'Unlimited Power of Play,' fostering a fun, collaborative, and innovative culture where employees are encouraged to bring their individuality to work while delivering excellence.
- • In this role, the individual can develop expertise in global security operations, crisis management, and cross-functional leadership; gain experience overseeing multi-regional security programs; and advance into broader leadership positions within Topgolf’s security and operations teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field
- • At least 7 years of leadership experience within a corporate security environment
- • Proven experience managing complex investigations and coordinating with law enforcement agencies
- • Experience leading event, travel, and executive security operations
- • Demonstrated ability to oversee security operations across multiple venues or regions
- • Strong leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills
