- • Lead AI enablement across Primer by acting as the senior connective tissue between AI and every function, identifying high-impact opportunities to improve how teams operate.
- • Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and hold teams accountable for AI adoption and measurable outcomes across departments.
- • Coach teams to design and implement their own AI workflows, building internal capability and reducing dependency on central teams.
- • Own the adoption and scaling of Claude across Primer, driving usage, training, best practices, and maintaining a shared library of prompts, skills, workflows, and reusable context.
- • Maximize value from Primer’s existing AI tooling by surfacing relevant capabilities and ensuring teams use paid tools effectively and efficiently.
- • Track the evolving AI landscape, evaluate emerging tools and trends, and make clear, evidence-based recommendations on what to adopt, pilot, or ignore.
- • Shape and execute Primer’s AI strategy by translating business needs into practical AI initiatives, securing senior alignment, and driving cross-functional delivery.
- • Partner with Security and other leaders to ensure AI adoption is safe, ethical, compliant, and aligned with Primer’s values and risk framework.
- • Build lasting AI literacy through self-serve infrastructure for onboarding, training, use cases, tools, and learnings to enable compounding capability over time.
- • Define and report on key business metrics including time saved, quality gains, productivity improvements, customer impact, and ROI from AI initiatives.
- • Drive structured rollout of AI practices through change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and clear accountability mechanisms.
- • Maintain high-agency coaching mindset by building capability in others, creating repeatable systems, and knowing when to coach, co-build, push, or escalate.
- • Apply structured, analytical thinking to diagnose problems, evaluate trade-offs, build evidence-based recommendations, and measure outcomes rigorously.
- • Operate with high ambition and bias for action, moving fast, experimenting intelligently, raising the bar, and bringing energy to transforming how Primer works.
- • Manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight, delivering measurable outcomes while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- • Support global remote-first operations with thoughtfully designed virtual collaboration and occasional in-person workations and company retreats.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6 years of relevant experience in AI enablement, operations, transformation, change management, strategy, or a high-growth technology environment
- • Deep, practical AI fluency with daily use of AI tools, strong opinions on value creation, and ability to translate expertise into scalable business adoption
- • Proven change leadership experience in shifting how teams work through enablement, structured rollout, stakeholder engagement, and clear accountability
- • Executive-level stakeholder management ability to influence from ICs to C-suite, challenge leaders constructively, and turn ambiguity into aligned action
- • High-agency coaching mindset focused on building capability in others, creating repeatable systems, and knowing when to coach, co-build, push, or escalate
- • Structured, analytical thinking with ability to diagnose problems, evaluate trade-offs, build evidence-based recommendations, and measure outcomes rigorously
