- • As an AI Strategy & Transformation Coach at Leland Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in empowering professionals and business leaders to harness the power of artificial intelligence to drive meaningful organizational change. This contract position is ideal for seasoned AI leaders who want to share their expertise in a flexible, impact-driven environment, helping mentees navigate the complexities of AI adoption—from identifying high-value use cases to leading cross-functional transformations. Your guidance will directly contribute to Leland’s mission of democratizing access to world-class expertise, enabling individuals to achieve ambitious career and educational goals through practical, real-world AI strategies.
- • Day to day, you will: conduct virtual one-on-one and group coaching sessions tailored to mentees’ specific AI challenges and goals; help clients assess their current AI maturity and identify high-impact, feasible use cases aligned with business objectives; guide the development of comprehensive AI strategies that include roadmaps, resource planning, and change management approaches; support mentees in building AI-ready cultures by advising on talent development, governance, and ethical AI practices; provide feedback on AI implementation plans, including pilot design, scaling strategies, and ROI measurement frameworks; collaborate with Leland’s product and content teams to share insights that inform platform improvements and educational resources; maintain session notes and progress tracking to ensure continuity and measurable outcomes for mentees; and continuously update your own knowledge on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge guidance.
