- • Lead the strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering business value.
- • Engage deeply with senior leadership and stakeholders to define clear project scope, objectives, and success metrics for all AI initiatives.
- • Provide oversight on the technical execution of AI projects, including system architecture, software development, and IT infrastructure considerations, ensuring technical feasibility and efficiency.
- • Foster strong collaboration and communication across business units, technical teams (developers, data scientists, IT), and external partners to drive successful implementations and seamless integration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- • 7 plus years of program management experience including 3 years of leadership coaching, mentoring, and leading teams/cross-functional teams.
- • Extensive experience in program management, particularly in large-scale AI or technology-driven supply chain initiatives. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of successful project delivery. Experience in budget management and resource allocation for large programs.
- • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application within supply chain management.
