  • • Lead the global, 24x7 Cyber Threat Center (CTC) as a senior executive within Dun & Bradstreet’s Global Security & Risk team, overseeing four integrated pillars: Security Operations & Incident Response (SOC/IR), Detection Engineering & Automation, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability & Exposure Management.
  • • Define and execute the strategic vision for the CTC to proactively defend the enterprise against evolving cyber threats, ensuring alignment with organizational risk appetite and business objectives.
  • • Establish and track outcome-based performance metrics including Mean Time to Detect (MTTD), Mean Time to Respond (MTTR), exposure reduction rates, and detection coverage improvements to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • • Advance automation and engineering rigor across all CTC functions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual toil, and scale defensive capabilities across global infrastructure.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Risk, Legal, and business units to embed security into enterprise-wide processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable secure innovation.
  • • Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • • Oversee the development and maintenance of threat intelligence programs that inform defensive strategies, prioritize adversary tactics, and enable predictive threat mitigation.
  • • Drive vulnerability and exposure management initiatives to identify, prioritize, and remediate security weaknesses across on-premises, cloud, and third-party environments.
  • • Ensure rapid and effective incident response capabilities are in place, including coordination of containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis across global teams.
  • • Represent the Cyber Threat Center in executive forums, communicating risk posture, strategic initiatives, and investment needs to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
  • • Maintain awareness of emerging cyber threats, regulatory landscapes, and industry best practices to ensure D&B’s security posture remains ahead of evolving adversary capabilities.
  • • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and industry groups to enhance threat intelligence sharing and strengthen collective defense mechanisms.
  • • Allocate and manage budget, resources, and technology investments to maximize impact and ROI across the CTC’s four pillars.
  • • Champion security awareness and culture initiatives across the organization to reduce human risk and promote security as a shared responsibility.
  • • Ensure all CTC activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, including data privacy standards and industry frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading a global, 24x7 Cyber Threat Center or equivalent security operations function
  • • Demonstrated success in managing four core cybersecurity pillars: SOC/IR, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Management
  • • Strong track record of implementing outcome-based metrics (e.g., MTTD, MTTR, exposure reduction) to drive security performance
  • • Experience partnering with Technology, Legal, Risk, and business units to embed security into enterprise operations
