• • As the AI Transformation Lead at Jazzware, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the integration and application of Artificial Intelligence to revolutionize our hospitality technology solutions. This is a highly hands-on, AI-first role where you will not merely manage projects from afar but will actively build, validate, and scale AI-powered product solutions that deliver tangible customer and business outcomes.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex problems into practical, AI-driven solutions. You will be expected to move beyond traditional software development lifecycles, embracing an agile and iterative approach. This means rapidly prototyping, testing, and refining solutions using AI agents for various stages of development, including requirements analysis, design exploration, implementation, and testing.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves deep customer engagement. You will directly interact with our clients to thoroughly understand their workflows, identify critical pain points, and uncover unmet needs. This direct engagement will be crucial for validating the effectiveness of your AI solutions through real-world usage, rather than relying on assumptions or theoretical assessments.
• • You will leverage live demonstrations and working prototypes to facilitate productive customer conversations, building trust by transparently explaining the behavior, limitations, and trade-offs inherent in AI systems.
• • Problem framing and opportunity identification are central to your success. You will be tasked with clearly and precisely defining problems before embarking on development, and proactively identifying new opportunities for AI-powered solutions that can unlock significant revenue potential and enhance our market position.
• • Your ability to evaluate ideas based on their potential impact, technical feasibility, and learning velocity will be critical. You will employ experimentation as a key tool to quickly discard unpromising ideas and focus resources on those with the highest likelihood of success.
• • You will own the complete lifecycle of AI product initiatives, from initial ideation through to measurable impact. This includes defining success metrics such as adoption rates, customer retention, operational efficiency gains, and direct revenue impact. Prioritization will be driven by these outcome-based metrics, rather than simply the volume of features developed.
• • Continuous assessment of whether your solutions are delivering genuine value to our customers and the business is paramount. You will be accountable for ensuring that the AI transformations you lead are not just technologically advanced but also commercially successful.
• • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with AI Product Engineers and AI Developers within dedicated AI Pods, aligning engineering, design, and data efforts around shared outcome objectives. Effective communication with internal stakeholders and the ability to represent Jazzware externally with credibility and clarity are essential.
• • This role is distinct from traditional product management. It is not a position focused solely on backlogs and roadmaps, nor is it a handoff-based role where requirements are passed to another team for execution. You will be deeply involved in the execution and will not be detached from the development process.
• • You will be empowered to move from problem understanding to a working solution with minimal reliance on legacy SDLC rituals, fostering an environment of rapid innovation and agile development.
