- • Manage the AI efficiency programme, a structured transformation initiative that spans multiple business functions, including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- • Take over the programme from the current manager on maternity leave, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining momentum on live workstreams.
- • Report back clearly to the Executive Committee, providing regular updates on the programme's progress and delivering measurable efficiency and productivity gains.
- • Embed AI into the business's operating model, addressing the wider implications for the company's operations and managing the people change that comes with it.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure the successful delivery of the AI programme.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business's needs, goals, and objectives, and use this knowledge to inform AI-driven initiatives.
- • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging employees to think creatively and develop new ideas that leverage AI technology.
- • Work closely with the Executive Committee to ensure alignment and buy-in on AI-related initiatives and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
