- • As an AI Web Developer at Directive Consulting LLC, you will take internal ownership of the web layer of Stratos, the company's AI-powered marketing analytics platform, along with the corporate website and internal web tools, enabling faster iteration and deeper platform knowledge retention.
- • You will build and maintain user-facing applications including internal and client portals, reporting builders, campaign management tools, admin interfaces, and data dashboards, while integrating with APIs from platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- • You will work within the Operational Technology team, collaborating across engineering, product, and operations to evolve Stratos and internal systems using modern full-stack practices and AI-assisted development.
- • You will grow into a senior technical owner by stabilizing inherited code, designing scalable architectures, contributing reusable components, and mentoring peers through improved development practices and AI-augmented workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional web development with production ownership of user-facing applications
- • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, including experience with Next.js, Remix, or similar frameworks
- • Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and review standards
- • Full-stack capability including API routes, authentication, database queries (MySQL, Postgres, BigQuery), and background job systems
- • Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for streaming responses, tool use, and structured outputs
- • Familiarity with DevOps practices including Docker, AWS/GCP deployment, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and infrastructure monitoring
