Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As an AI Workflow Architect, you will own the end-to-end design of agentic AI workflows that automate critical commercial and after-sales processes.
- • You will translate complex business workflows into orchestrated, governed multi-agent systems built on the Microsoft AI stack.
- • Your designs will prioritize human-in-the-loop controls, cost efficiency, and enterprise-grade scalability right from the start.
- • Key Responsibilities include:
- • Agentic Architecture: Design advanced agentic workflow architectures, including agent orchestration, tool utilization, memory/context handling, and human-in-the-loop approval patterns for commercial and after-sales use cases.
- • Reference Standards: Define and maintain reference architectures and design standards across the Microsoft AI stack (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric).
- • Risk & Control Optimization: Design optimized human-in-the-loop workflows, ensuring approval, escalation, and exception-handling patterns strike the perfect balance between high automation rates and commercial risk management.
- • Cost Management: Own AI cost optimization across the agent estate by managing model selection and routing, context retention, caching, and token budgeting.
- • Enterprise Deployment: Plan and manage enterprise-level agent deployments and rollouts across multiple languages, countries, and departments, including phased autonomy expansion.
- • System Integration: Specify secure integrations between AI agents and core enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, service management platforms) via secure in-perimeter APIs.
- • Governance & Compliance: Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Governance teams to meet rigorous security, compliance, auditability, and responsible-AI requirements.
- • Innovation: Evaluate emerging agent frameworks and orchestration tooling to drive strategic build, buy, or configure decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Scope & Autonomy: Sets the global reference architecture for agentic AI workflows across all commercial digital initiatives.
- • Complexity: Manages multi-agent orchestration across heterogeneous enterprise systems, multiple countries, and legal entities.
- • Accountability: End-to-end accountability for the architectural integrity, scalability, cost efficiency, and governance compliance of the platform, as well as enterprise rollout readiness.
- • Experience Required: 8+ years in software/solution architecture, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience designing agentic or LLM-based systems in production.
- • Expert-level, hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI stack.
- • Proven experience managing multi-language, multi-country enterprise rollouts.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary and benefits package.
- • Opportunity to work with a global company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
- • Collaborative and dynamic work environment.

- • Reasoning
- • The job title 'AI Workflow Architect' and the description of designing agentic AI workflows and managing multi-agent orchestration across heterogeneous enterprise systems suggest a strong focus on software engineering and engineering principles.
- • The role requires expertise in the Microsoft AI stack, which further supports the categorization as Software Engineering.
- • The company's focus on innovation and strategic build, buy, or configure decisions also aligns with the Software Engineering category.
- • The only reason for not categorizing this role as 'Data Science' is that the title does not say 'Data Scientist', and the description does not mention data/metrics as the primary focus.
- • The company's focus on AI and machine learning is not the primary focus of this role, but rather the design and management of agentic AI workflows.
- • Therefore, the most appropriate category for this role is Software Engineering.
