- • Embed with enterprise clients as the primary Tribe contact to understand how work actually happens by conducting workflow discovery sessions with operations teams and business leadership, going beyond documented processes to uncover real-world workflows
- • Deliver tailored training and enablement programs across the full agentic tool suite—including Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Enterprise, and partner ecosystem tools—to drive adoption and transform how teams work, not just what tools they use
- • Identify and articulate where agentic tools create measurable operational leverage, translating technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders
- • Own client engagements end-to-end, from initial discovery through implementation and adoption, ensuring client success and long-term tool integration
- • Build a repeatable, scalable discovery and enablement framework that can be applied across all client engagements, codifying field insights into standardized methodologies
- • Document successes, failures, and key learnings from client engagements to institutionalize knowledge and improve the team’s collective ability to deliver
- • Contribute directly to the definition and evolution of Tribe’s service offering by working closely with the team lead to refine processes, deliverables, and client outcomes
- • Act as a daily practitioner of the full agentic tool suite, using Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Enterprise, and related tools across multiple professional contexts to maintain firsthand expertise
- • Stay at the frontier of the agentic tool landscape by continuously testing new capabilities, updates, and emerging tools to maintain credibility and provide forward-looking guidance to clients
- • Represent Tribe’s point of view externally through client conversations, written materials, and internal knowledge-sharing, ensuring consistency and depth in messaging
- • Translate complex technical workflows into simple, actionable insights for non-technical audiences, bridging the gap between engineering capabilities and operational reality
- • Proactively identify potential adoption roadblocks before they escalate, anticipate stakeholder concerns, and propose preemptive solutions that improve engagement outcomes
- • Operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments, making judgment calls with minimal oversight while maintaining accountability for results and continuous improvement
- • Leave every client interaction, documentation asset, or process better than when found—driving incremental gains in efficiency, clarity, and adoption across teams
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10 years of experience at the intersection of operations, workflow design, technology adoption, or enterprise change, as a Chief of Staff, Ops lead, PM, project manager, service designer, or management consultant with transformation or ops focus
- • Demonstrated experience redesigning a workflow or process—formally or informally—with clear examples of what was changed, why, and the outcome
- • Daily, hands-on practitioner of the full agentic tool suite including Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Enterprise, and related tools across multiple professional contexts
- • Strong discovery instincts: ability to ask questions that uncover how work actually happens, not just how it’s documented
- • Natural teacher with patience for non-technical stakeholders, strong written communication, and ability to translate between technical tools and human workflows
- • Self-directed and energized by building from scratch; comfortable making judgment calls in ambiguity, flagging issues early, and improving systems proactively
