- • The AI Workforce Enablement Lead is a pivotal role within the People team at Progressive Leasing, focused on enabling employees to successfully adopt AI-driven changes in how work gets done, ensuring transformation is practical, supported, and sustainable.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow and role changes, designing and running adoption-focused enablement programs, equipping managers to lead teams through transitions, translating redesigned workflows into clear expectations and skills, building practical toolkits and learning resources, partnering across Talent, HR, and AI teams to align enablement with accountability, tracking adoption via leading indicators like behavior change and readiness, and continuously refining approaches based on real feedback from employees and managers.
- • The People team at Progressive Leasing is lean, highly embedded with the business, and operates at the center of a company-wide shift to AI-enabled work, partnering closely across Talent, HR, and Technology to redesign work thoughtfully and enable the workforce to move forward with clarity and confidence.
- • In this role, the individual can drive meaningful behavior change, gain deep experience in AI-enabled workforce transformation, develop expertise in change management and enablement strategy, and make a tangible impact on how employees adapt to evolving roles and workflows in a high-growth FinTech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution
- • Proven experience driving behavior change — not just delivering training or communications
- • Comfort working inside or closely with HR/Talent systems (role design, skills, learning, performance)
- • Strong judgment, autonomy, and follow-through in fast-moving environments
- • Ability to diagnose resistance and tailor support appropriately
- • Practical curiosity and experience with AI-enabled ways of working (you don’t need to be an engineer)
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
