This role is critical to our mission of providing high-quality, ethically sourced, relevant, diverse, and scalable datasets to our technology clients, thereby supercharging their AI capabilities. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional results on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and scoping through to project completion and post-delivery analysis. This involves meticulous planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will be expected to develop detailed project plans, define project scope, set milestones, and track progress against these objectives, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • • A key aspect of this role is fostering and maintaining strong client relationships. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique needs, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and proactively addressing any concerns. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • • You will lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance, monitoring team performance, and facilitating effective communication within the team and across departments. Your understanding of these advanced AI concepts will be beneficial.
  • • Data collection and generation projects, ranging from institutional languages to remote field audio collection, will also fall under your purview. You will ensure these operations are conducted efficiently and ethically.
  • • Furthermore, you will manage projects related to relevance and intent, ensuring that data is culturally nuanced and aware, and that ranking, relevance, and evaluation processes are optimized to train models for search, ads, and LLM output.
  • • As a senior member of the operations team, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape our most critical operational processes, contributing to the strategic direction of Welo Data. Your experience and expertise will be invaluable in driving innovation and operational excellence.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key player in ensuring that Welocalize continues to be a leader in providing essential data services for the AI industry.
