- • As a Project Manager for Customer Success Onboarding at Moose Labs LLC, you will be the central point of contact and the driving force behind ensuring our higher-tier clients experience a seamless and highly effective onboarding journey.
- • You will quarterback the entire onboarding process, acting as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and positive transition from the pre-sales phase through to successful project and onboarding closeout.
- • Your core responsibility will be to meticulously manage engagement fulfillment, ensuring all projects align perfectly with established timelines, budget constraints, and resource requirements, delivering exceptional value and outcomes.
- • You will skillfully manage a diverse portfolio of complex projects and higher-tier clients, demonstrating a proactive and organized approach to project execution and client satisfaction.
- • A key aspect of your role involves providing essential project leadership to both internal and external technical resources, including subcontractors, thereby ensuring a consistent and high-quality application of project delivery methodologies across all engagements.
- • You will be instrumental in tracking customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and will initiate post-project reviews and introspective analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, both in your own performance and within the broader team's processes.
