- • As an Alliances Solutions Manager (EMEA) at AuditBoard, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by enabling technology partners to effectively position and sell AuditBoard’s leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform. This role is critical to driving partner-led growth, ensuring that AuditBoard’s solutions are deeply integrated into partners’ go-to-market strategies, and helping organizations strengthen their governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) capabilities through trusted advisory relationships.
- • You will serve as the primary subject matter expert and trusted advisor to AuditBoard’s alliance partners, translating complex risk and control frameworks into compelling business value that accelerates adoption and deepens penetration across key practice lines such as SOX compliance, internal audit, enterprise risk management, and IT/security controls.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will: lead tailored product demonstrations and training sessions for partner teams, both virtually and onsite; actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within partner accounts; maintain detailed tracking of partner engagement, field coverage, and penetration rates across AuditBoard’s solution lines; develop and deliver competitive positioning materials that highlight AuditBoard’s differentiators; mentor and upskill partner resources to build internal expertise; manage and maintain partner demo environments and sandboxes to support seamless enablement; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, CAS, and Legal teams to align on partner needs and feedback; represent partners internally as their advocate; and attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate new pipeline.
- • You will work closely with AuditBoard’s Alliance Directors, Area Directors, and Account Executives to ensure alignment between partner activities and corporate sales objectives, providing strategic input that shapes joint go-to-market plans and drives measurable outcomes in partner-sourced revenue.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the AuditBoard platform while sharpening your strategic partnership, solution selling, and enterprise sales enablement skills. Success in this position can lead to advancement into senior alliance management, partner strategy, or sales leadership roles within AuditBoard’s rapidly expanding global organization.
