- ⢠As an Alliances Solutions Manager (EMEA) at Optro, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the companyās market presence by driving strategic partnerships that enable technology adoption across audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec domains. Your work will directly contribute to Optroās mission of empowering Fortune 500 organizations with greater clarity and agility through its award-winning platform, helping partners ātech-enableā their customersā governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) environments.
- ⢠You will serve as the primary subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Optroās alliance partners, translating complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with senior stakeholders in highly regulated industries. By bridging product, sales, and partner ecosystems, you will accelerate field penetration and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that scale Optroās impact across EMEA.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, leading tailored product demonstrations and training sessions for partner teams, and maintaining deep visibility into partner field coverage and penetration rates to uncover growth areas.
- ⢠You will continuously monitor competitor landscapes to articulate AuditBoardās unique differentiators, mentor and upskill partner resources to strengthen their advocacy, and manage demo environments and sandboxes to ensure seamless partner experiences.
- ⢠Collaboration will be central to your roleāyou will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams to align on go-to-market strategies, represent partner feedback internally, and ensure alignment across functions.
- ⢠You will represent Optro at industry events and conferences to build relationships, generate new pipeline, and stay ahead of emerging trends in risk, audit, and compliance technology.

- ⢠In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SOX compliance, internal audit, enterprise risk management, and IT/security frameworks while gaining hands-on experience with a leading GRC platform. šÆ Requirements
- ⢠5-9 years of professional experience in Big 4 consulting, internal audit, compliance, or risk management
- ⢠Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- ⢠Expert understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal audit methodology; strong familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) preferred
- ⢠Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- ⢠Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering product demonstrations and training
- ⢠Demonstrated success working with product engineering and internal teams in a technology-driven environment
- ⢠Willingness and ability to travel 30%-40% for onsite partner meetings and events
