- • As a Paid Media Analyst Pleno at Web.com Group, Inc. (part of the Bluehost and Hostgator family), you will play a key role in helping small businesses thrive online by managing and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive customer acquisition and conversions. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to empower small businesses with powerful, simple, and premium digital tools.
- • You will be responsible for the daily optimization and management of paid media campaigns, ensuring they perform efficiently and align with business goals, while collaborating closely with global teams to test, scale, and refine strategies across platforms.
- • You will work within a dynamic, mission-driven marketing team that values creativity, initiative, and continuous learning, operating in a fully remote environment with strong support for work-life balance and professional growth.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in paid media strategy, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining hands-on experience with global campaign management and performance analytics in a fast-growing tech company.
- • Optimize and manage paid media campaigns on a daily basis, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, and performance monitoring to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify high-performing variations and inform future campaign strategies.
- • Provide clear creative guidelines and feedback to the design team for the production of compelling visual assets that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- • Build and refine audience segments for prospecting and retargeting, leveraging platform tools and first-party data to improve targeting precision and campaign efficiency.
- • Maintain regular communication with media partners (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) to manage account health, resolve issues, and explore new opportunities or beta features.
- • Track and report on campaign performance daily, sharing insights with the global marketing team to inform budget pacing, new media tests, and investment decisions.
- • Support the achievement of overall sector conversion goals by contributing actionable optimizations and maintaining campaign health across all active channels.
- • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging ad formats, and industry best practices through self-directed learning and internal knowledge sharing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- • Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- • Proficiency in audience segmentation and targeting strategies for prospecting and retargeting campaigns.
- • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with design teams, media partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Fluency in Portuguese; English or Spanish is a differentiator for interacting with global teams and partners.
