- • As an Analyst on our dynamic Partnerships team, you will be instrumental in driving hx's growth by shaping and scaling our engagement with key ecosystem players, including consulting firms, technology providers, and channel partners.
- • This role is a pivotal growth engine, directly contributing to unlocking new markets, accelerating sales pipeline, and increasing revenue through strategic partner initiatives.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Director of Partnerships and work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, delivery, product, and marketing teams to foster strong partner relationships and ensure the team's operational excellence.

- • Your primary focus will be supporting the development and execution of partner initiatives that are tightly aligned with hx’s overarching growth strategy.
- • This includes actively contributing to joint go-to-market activities, meticulously coordinating partner engagement throughout the entire sales cycle, and playing a key role in enhancing the processes, reporting, and tooling that enable the partnerships function to scale effectively on a global level.
- • You will be responsible for supporting the Director of Partnerships in the execution of strategic initiatives that span across our consulting, technology, and channel partner segments.
- • A significant part of your role will involve owning and refining operational workflows that are critical to the smooth functioning of our partnerships, encompassing detailed pipeline reporting, strategic account mapping, and efficient partner coordination.
- • You will proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within our partnership workflows, aiming to significantly improve operational efficiency and enhance visibility into partner activities and performance.
- • You will act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal hx teams and our external partners, thereby guaranteeing that projects progress smoothly and meet their objectives.
- • Maintaining and improving the integrity of partnership data within our CRM systems, such as Salesforce, will be a key responsibility, ensuring that partner-influenced pipeline is accurately tracked and reported.
- • You will contribute to building robust, scalable playbooks, comprehensive documentation, and streamlined internal processes as the partnerships function continues its global expansion.
- • This role demands a proactive individual with a strong aptitude for organization, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
