- • Work collaboratively within a team of Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement solutions to healthcare systems through billable client engagements.
- • Participate in all phases of client projects including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, conducting interviews, analyzing data, synthesizing insights, and developing actionable recommendations.
- • Obtain, execute, and coordinate data analyses using professionally sound and efficient methods aligned with project objectives and firm standards.
- • Prepare verbal and graphic presentations for client audiences to communicate strategy, outcomes, and recommended improvements.
- • Define detailed business requirements by working with team members to interview clients and document their needs and objectives.
- • Generate billings revenue by conducting assigned analyses, writing reports, and assisting clients in implementing recommended changes.
- • Actively listen for market opportunities during client engagements and communicate potential leads to managers.
- • Deliver project content and support team deliverables across all stages of client engagements.
- • Maintain required utilization targets for client billable projects to ensure productivity and revenue goals are met.
- • Contribute to the growth of the Advisory Practice through participation in practice development activities and service line initiatives.
- • Learn and apply Premier’s proprietary technologies and services offered to clients.
- • Complete all annual required training programs and educational opportunities.
- • Build and maintain working relationships with clients and Premier team members to foster collaboration and trust.
- • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
- • Operate standard computer programs and software tools including statistical platforms, advanced Excel, Tableau, and business intelligence applications.
- • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences in person and through electronic formats.
- • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with frequent interruptions and close peer interaction.
- • Travel 81–100% within the United States to support client engagements on-site.
- • Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods while performing sedentary work requiring minimal physical exertion.
- • Make independent decisions within the scope of assigned responsibilities and project parameters.
- • Engage in day-to-day contact with co-workers and clients to support project execution and team dynamics.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED (required)
- • 0 or more years of applicable experience
- • Proficiency in statistical tools (R, Python, SAS, Matlab, etc.), Advanced Excel, Tableau, and Business Intelligence platforms (preferred)
- • Experience in healthcare, business, or finance (preferred)
- • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- • Knowledge of Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma (preferred)
