📋 Description

• As an Analyst, Clinical Quality (Nurse Practitioner) at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care across the company’s telehealth services by evaluating provider performance against evidence-based guidelines and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes and safety.
• You will monitor clinical quality through systematic evaluation of completed clinical visits against approved clinical guidelines, identify trends in care delivery, and correlate data patterns with clinical practice behaviors to inform targeted improvements in service delivery and provider education.
• You will actively participate in ongoing quality improvement processes, including the reconsideration flow, where you will review clinical decisions, assess adherence to protocols, and recommend actionable changes to enhance consistency, safety, and effectiveness of care across all clinical offerings.
• You will collaborate closely with internal clinical, medical affairs, and business operations teams to support the strategic rollout of new clinical initiatives, providing data-driven insights that inform operational logistics, provider training, and program scalability while maintaining alignment with quality and compliance standards.
• You will maintain consistent, clear communication with key internal stakeholders — including medical directors, provider leads, and compliance officers — ensuring transparency in quality metrics, audit findings, and improvement plans through regular reporting and cross-functional meetings.
• You will maintain highly organized and accurate documentation of all quality metrics, performance improvement initiatives, audit results, and service expansion research, creating a reliable audit trail that supports regulatory readiness, internal reviews, and continuous learning.
• You will conduct research and documentation to support service expansions, including evaluating clinical appropriateness, identifying gaps in current offerings, and proposing evidence-based enhancements that align with Hims & Hers’ mission of accessible, personalized care.
• You will contribute to a culture of innovation and accountability by applying creative, practical solutions to operationalize clinical best practices, leveraging your NP expertise to bridge clinical insight with analytical rigor in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• You will grow professionally by deepening your expertise in clinical quality analytics, performance improvement methodologies, and healthcare data interpretation while working alongside a mission-driven team committed to redefining healthcare access and equity.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license with 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical visits against established guidelines and identify variances in care delivery
• Proficiency in using Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting of quality metrics
• Experience with clinical reference tools such as Epocrates or similar point-of-care resources
• Strong self-starter mindset with proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging cross-functional teams in quality improvement initiatives
