- • Manage and maintain the Money101 Taiwan website CMS to ensure timely, accurate publication and updates of financial product listings, including insurance, banking, and credit card offerings.
- • Cross-check all published content against original source materials such as product brochures, provider websites, and campaign briefs to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- • Ensure all content is correctly localized in Traditional Chinese and tailored to the Taiwan market, including financial terminology, promotional messaging, and regulatory disclosures.
- • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks on product listings and result pages prior to publication, validating terms & conditions, offers, and mandatory disclosures.
- • Identify and proactively flag discrepancies, inaccuracies, or potential compliance and regulatory risks in partnership content.
- • Collaborate with Business Analysts to update provider performance metrics in commercial and financial dashboards and documentation.
- • Support budget accrual and re-accrual processes to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting for commercial deals.
- • Assist in the preparation and verification of invoicing documentation to ensure timely and correct billing for all business cases.
- • Serve as a key operational support for the Commercial team in managing deal contracts, partner agreements, and related documentation.
- • Work closely with Product Content and Marketing teams to align campaign timelines with content accuracy, ensuring no compromise on quality during high-volume launch periods.
- • Interpret complex terms & conditions and promotional mechanics from financial institutions to ensure precise representation on the platform.
- • Log all content errors and inconsistencies in a centralized error-tracking database to enable continuous improvement and feedback loops.
- • Proactively recommend enhancements to CMS workflows, templates, and tools to increase efficiency and reduce recurring errors.
- • Participate in retrospectives and review meetings to refine campaign execution, product launch timelines, and operational processes.
- • Support month-end overtime activities on the last day of each month to reconcile campaign updates and ensure all content is accurately reflected before financial close-off.
- • Collaborate with regional product teams in English to resolve CMS issues, coordinate updates, and align on technical and content requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in CMS management, quality assurance, content review, compliance, editorial operations, or business operations, preferably in digital or financial services
- • Proficiency in both Traditional Chinese and English, with ability to review localized financial terminology and campaign messaging for the Taiwan market
- • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and errors in high-volume content environments
- • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure
- • Comfort working with CMS platforms and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Excel, or Google Sheets
- • Understanding of financial products and rewards-based promotional offers
