  • • Join Tide, a rapidly growing fintech company revolutionizing the small business banking market, as an Analyst in our Fraud Rapid Response (FRR) team. With over 1.8 million members globally and a significant presence in India, Tide is dedicated to saving SMEs time and money through innovative banking and administrative solutions. As an FRR Analyst based in Hyderabad, you will be at the forefront of protecting our members by ensuring their accounts remain secure and by swiftly addressing fraudulent activities. This role is crucial to our mission of empowering small businesses, allowing them to focus on what they do best.
  • • In this vital role, you will serve as a first point of contact for members reporting fraudulent activities, managing an emergency inbound phone line with speed, accuracy, and empathy. Your primary responsibility will be to provide immediate support and initiate rapid response protocols to mitigate potential losses and safeguard our members' financial well-being. This requires a proactive and highly organized approach, as time is of the essence in fraud investigations.
  • • You will collaborate closely with other financial institutions to facilitate the recovery of funds lost to fraud. This involves clear, concise, and professional communication, meticulous record-keeping, and a deep understanding of inter-bank processes. Your ability to navigate these complex interactions will directly impact the successful resolution of fraud cases.
  • • Juggling multiple priorities will be a daily occurrence. You'll need to manage incoming fraud reports, ongoing investigations, and member communications simultaneously, ensuring that each case receives the attention it deserves. Outstanding support experience is paramount, which means developing and maintaining detailed product knowledge is essential. You must be able to explain complex processes and potential outcomes to members in a clear and understandable manner.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to guide members through the investigation process. This includes clearly explaining what information and actions are required from them, providing regular updates on the progress of their case, and managing their expectations throughout. Your empathetic and reassuring communication style will be critical in helping members navigate stressful situations.
  • • You will actively explore data related to fraud incidents and contribute to reporting efforts. This involves identifying trends, patterns, and potential vulnerabilities within our systems and services. Your insights will be invaluable in helping us track the performance of our fraud prevention measures and inform the development of new strategies and product enhancements.
  • • Beyond your direct responsibilities, you will play a role in nurturing the growth of new team members. By demonstrating Tide's values and sharing your expertise, you will support and mentor colleagues, helping them to quickly become effective contributors to the FRR team. Assisting with common back-office tasks will also be part of your contribution to team efficiency.
  • • This role demands exceptional communication skills, a positive and goal-oriented attitude, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. You must be comfortable working within a 24/7 rotational shift environment, understanding that flexibility is key to providing round-the-clock support. Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you manage a dynamic workload and maintain detailed records.
  • • You will be expected to become proficient with industry-standard tools such as Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira, leveraging them to manage cases, track progress, and collaborate with internal teams. Your confidence in communicating with customers, guiding them through difficult situations, and your keen eye for spotting recurring issues and suggesting workflow improvements will be highly valued. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in upholding Tide's commitment to member safety and trust, contributing directly to the company's continued expansion and success in the fintech landscape.
