- • Analyze business data to support decision-making processes within the Commercial Business Intelligence Group (CBIG) at Dun & Bradstreet.
- • Collect, validate, and clean large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analytical reporting.
- • Assist in the development of reports and dashboards that track key business metrics and performance indicators.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights aligned with operational goals.
- • Support research initiatives by gathering industry-specific data, identifying trends, and documenting findings for internal stakeholders.
- • Use established tools and platforms to extract, transform, and load data for analysis, following standardized data governance protocols.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements.
- • Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical outputs to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- • Participate in team meetings to review project progress, escalate issues, and align on priorities within the Operations function.
- • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards when handling sensitive business and financial data.
- • Support senior analysts in preparing presentations and summaries for leadership reviews and client-facing materials.
- • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging data practices relevant to business intelligence and commercial analytics.
- • Perform routine data audits to detect anomalies, inconsistencies, or gaps in reporting structures.
- • Work within defined timelines to deliver accurate analyses under pressure and changing business demands.
- • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions to improve collective understanding of data systems and analytical frameworks.
