Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing analytics products that influence how millions of patients receive care. You will design, build, and refine data models that power Arcadia’s Population Health platform, translating raw claims, clinical, and behavioral data into actionable insights for providers, payers, and government agencies.
- • Create and maintain production-grade dashboards in Amazon QuickSight that surface medical economics, quality, and utilization metrics. These dashboards are used daily by executive stakeholders, care teams, and customer success managers to drive strategic decisions and improve patient outcomes.
- • Partner with Product Managers to scope new analytics features, write clear requirements, and manage complex analytic project timelines. You will translate ambiguous business questions into concrete deliverables, ensuring every sprint delivers measurable value to customers.
- • Collaborate with Senior and Lead Analysts to extend our Snowflake + dbt + SAS architecture. You will author version-controlled SQL and dbt models, optimize query performance, and champion data quality through automated testing and documentation.
- • Dive deep into Arcadia’s unified data model—built by analysts, for analysts—to uncover patterns in cost, quality, and behavioral health. You will contribute reusable code snippets, predictive models, and IP that accelerate insight delivery across the entire customer base.
- • Present findings to internal and external audiences, translating technical results into compelling narratives. You will lead quarterly business reviews, train customer analysts, and evangelize best practices in data visualization and population health analytics.
- • Support onboarding to the CMS Virtual Research Data Center (VRDC), enabling secure analysis of Medicare claims for quality measure development and program evaluation. You will ensure compliance with all privacy and security policies governing PHI.
- • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the team’s knowledge base in Confluence. You will document tribal knowledge, run brown-bag sessions on advanced SQL techniques, and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation by applying statistical modeling and machine learning where appropriate. Whether predicting readmission risk or segmenting high-cost cohorts, you will balance rigor with pragmatism to deliver insights that move the needle.
- • Represent Arcadia at industry conferences, webinars, and customer advisory boards. Your thought leadership will shape product roadmaps and reinforce our reputation as the market leader in population health analytics, recognized by KLAS, IDC, Forrester, and Chilmark.
🎯 Requirements
