• As an Analyst on the Strategy and Policy team, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive, healthcare-related data support. This position is designed for highly motivated individuals who possess strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen interest in the intricacies of healthcare policy and regulation. • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of data-centric tasks. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining electronic databases, spreadsheets, and other critical files, adapting to the evolving needs of various projects. A significant part of your role will involve conducting detailed research and analysis, which includes gathering, reviewing, and synthesizing information from a variety of sources such as public domain literature, specialized industry resources, and both client-provided and commercial databases.
• We encourage and expect creativity in your approach to problem-solving. You will leverage relevant software tools, analytical methodologies, and computer models to devise effective solutions. This includes developing sophisticated analyses and financial models using transactional and financial data. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data is paramount; therefore, you will perform rigorous data quality checks, develop comprehensive test plans, identify anomalies, and implement audit procedures to maintain data integrity.
• This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting clients, ranging from managing small to medium-sized engagements independently to contributing to specific segments of larger, more complex projects. You will be responsible for preparing insightful reports and compelling presentations that effectively communicate your findings, analyses, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Accuracy and adherence to industry standards are critical. You will audit analytic outputs to ensure their correctness and compliance. A key aspect of the role involves presenting data analysis and product performance evaluations to diverse stakeholders, including cross-functional teams. Your ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely will be essential.

A genuine interest in further developing these technical skills is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• Furthermore, a solid understanding or a strong, demonstrable interest in policy research, including the review and analysis of regulations and guidance issued by government agencies, is highly desirable. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, must be robust, enabling you to convey complex ideas effectively. A steadfast commitment to producing high-quality, detail-oriented analysis is expected.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with an undergraduate-level understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, healthcare policy or administration, or data analysis.
• Strong technical skills, including the motivation or ability to independently execute complex data analytics in SQL, R, or Python. An interest in growing these skills is required.
• Knowledge or interest in policy research, including review and analysis of regulations and guidance from government agencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to producing high-quality analysis and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize assignments to meet goals and deadlines.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
