đź“‹ Description
- • As Ontic Technologies' first dedicated Analytics Engineer, you will lay the foundational data and AI infrastructure that powers decision-making across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams, directly enabling the company’s mission to protect people and organizations through smarter, faster security operations.
- • You will design and maintain scalable dbt data models in Snowflake, architect ELT pipelines using Fivetran, and build durable data assets that serve as trusted sources of truth for core SaaS metrics like ARR, retention, expansion, and pipeline, while establishing modeling standards, documentation practices, and governance frameworks.
- • You will build data foundations that power internal AI applications and LLM-enabled workflows, prototype and productionize AI-driven operational use cases, and integrate analytics into everyday tools like Notion, Cursor, and Glean to embed data directly into operational processes — moving beyond dashboards to actionable intelligence.
- • You will partner cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical systems, create reusable data assets for activation via Hightouch and analysis via Omni, and ensure the architecture is secure, scalable, and adaptable to evolving enterprise needs.
- • You will help redefine what an analytics function looks like in the age of AI by treating architecture as a strategic asset, embedding data into workflows, and enabling faster, smarter enterprise decision-making that evolves with AI tooling — positioning you to grow into a technical leader shaping Ontic’s long-term data and AI strategy.
