Analytics Engineer

• • The Analytics Engineer role at Perk.com Inc. is critical for transforming raw data into high-quality, trustworthy datasets and visualizations that empower business users to make informed decisions. This role bridges data engineering and analytics, ensuring data is accurate, performant, and accessible across the organization.
• • Day to day, the person will design and maintain ELT pipelines using dbt and Snowflake, develop and test data models, write data quality checks, optimize SQL queries for performance, collaborate with data analysts and engineers to meet reporting needs, and build scalable visualizations in Looker.
